I’m basically working on 3d printed project I’ve never done 3d printing for so I’m a 3d 3d printing Noob so I thought I would assure you what I’m doing for anyone else who’s never day before I can’t build models yet using 3d software. I’m still learning so what I have been doing is downloading files that are already available so this file here is an imine MAch 3 helmet and I’m building a building a MAch 6 costume completely I thought by buy a 3d printer. I thought this was a gimmick at first 3d printing pen sounds, crazy and so well into Amazon and a digi hero pen. This was supposed to be a hundred and forty pounds, and it was thirty quid in the sale so I thought why not get and give it. a test and a lot of people online say and the best thing to do is get Lollipop sticks before. If you can find any lollipop sticks go to a coffee shop.

so by yourself coffee and take a handful of these and what people are doing is they people are doing Is they’re taking these and they’re getting hot glue and they’re hot gluing them in to bridge the seams to bridge the bits that are attached in the helmet. So my idea is a when this is done as keeping this piece there’s one piece I’ve Gotta put some magnets in the front so the jaw. Once I’ve put the helmet on. I can magnetize the jaw on and this section will have a mechanism to flip up and down once again found the firewalls for the mechanism to move. But the person who designed it hasn’t put any sketches or anything they’ve written a an idea take this out take that and put them together and do that jobs are Gooden and I’m looking at all these little pieces like no idea so when I do put it together work out.

I’m going to use my new duct so nine purple might see my icons have things changed from yellow to a purple so I’m going to use purple against the silver that’s the free world plastic that came with my printer and so we can least see what it does business First. to straight into it Okay right okay so no circles can smell it welding them together Okay so I’m just gonna slow set in you just welding it together like a little welder. Oh man you can actually kind of see the plastics welding together as well. So I’m guessing you could sand it down a little bit afterwards there has been a very slow okay. I’ve just welded a line across and I’m pretty sure that’s going to be better than the glue gun because the plastic seem to have attached themselves writer setting to on this into the best and that’s definitely the way forward so doing seams on the inside you could profile a nice big void somewhere with that and then send it down. I think filler would be the best option so there we have it there.

When I get to the chest and stuff I’ll probably use the glue gun as well too to do that in as well. In fact that the heat the glue melts the plastics together and helps bond him alright.
